Terms of Service

The service

Docka sends automated case-status notifications to your clients based on stage changes in your connected case-management system, and hosts a private progress timeline for each matter.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your case data, for obtaining client consent to be contacted, and for the content of your message templates. The service provides status and process information only and is not legal advice to your clients.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe after a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed or delayed notifications caused by third-party systems (Clio, carriers, email providers).
